The protected land in Wainscot for the road/rail (when will that be built? Let me do it for you!) is currently showing up as First Land and has been for a while, although it's not for sale...

Hello Landing. I do not have a date for construction on this plot. I renamed the plot Protected Land. Thanks for your post.
