Strange recent permssions problem

OK, I thought I had a strange permissions problem, but it's pretty definitive. It seems that my group permissions of Parcel Powers "Always allow 'Edit Terrain'" is checked on, but my group members still cannot edit the terrain. I believe this USED to work. However, the group feature now requires that the land be group owned to work. In any case, if you have multiple parcels in the same SIM and try to use this group permission, it will not function unless the land is group owned. FYI, the only group permssion that calls out the limitation of working on group owned land is the ability to set home location. All other group permissions should apply to the group whether the land is privately owned or group owned.
