First Land Locations

I realise first land is incredibly cheap, and it's probably cheeky of me to ask, but is it always inland? What are the odds of a first land location with a boundary on the edge of an island? (Not necessarily on a beach...I just don't want to get boxed in by people building high.)

Also, I tried searching 'first land' for tips, but can't because 'first' is a common word. So, apologies if this has been asked before...or if I've missed a FAQ somewhere.

Hello Dillon. First Land is usually inland. There are some occasions where you will find water front, but it is rare.

To find First Land, use Find and be sure to use the "Land Sales" section. At the top left, you can filter your search by First Land.
