Aglia 188.28.47 HUGE trees overhanging property lines

In Aglia 188.28.47 there are a ton of huge trees and some ferns and whatnot that over hang my plot and my freinds plot and interfear with things on our properties.

Also over near 190,46,48 there is a white spike fence (pencil looking thing) that is nearly half way on my property I cannot remove....

Can these be dealt with?
