Tree branches sweeping into my house

I realize Linden trees on Linden land are a sticky point for removal. I recently purchased my first land, and found a nice house to put on the land. I tried putting the house at several positions but can not escape one of the many Linden trees placed on bording property branches sweeping into the house. If anything can be done I would appreciate it greatly, maybe even just scooting the trees back a bit and not removing them would be helpful.
