Abandoned Prim Cube Needs a(n Inventory) Home

There is a stray prim cube at Gerstle(63, 189, 33). It's on the neighbour's land, but it's been laying buried under trees and shrubbery until recent cleanup uncovered it.

Can it be returned or deleted please?
