new palyer new land others weeds on my land!

Hi, I have been attempting to build on my new land for new players...there are weeds protruding into my home..through the floor...some belong to Govener Linden others to a neighbor. Apparenty I cannot delete these...please tell me how to get rid of? I will im the neighbor ,he has some root thing on his property..but what about Govener Linden..will he remove his weeds please? I am so fustrated with this, I am ready to just ditch it all...and then feel bad because some really nice people have helped me alot !

Serene, no problem! the situation is that the prim that holds the parent information for these plants is on other land, so it makes it impossible for you to remove them. I hope things went well with the neighbor, but I can take care of the other piece for you.
