More of a question

Why were the roads created with both autoreturn and no build/rez.

Having no build makes it very difficult to get a car onto most roads with barriers etc, and when you do find a flat piece of road you have to rez on someone elses land, wouldnt allow rezzing and keep a tight autoreturn 2-5 mins make more sense?

There are rezzing areas outside most of the telehubs.. autoreturn is set so that people don't clutter up the roadways with stuff that can disrupt driving.
