Weird Building Issues

I just bought the land at Kamba 69, 205, 37. Things are constantly moving here all by themselves. My neighbor had complained about this before I bought this land but I thought it was just her inexperience at building. I built a house here yesterday and nearly didn't get it built - it resized itself, it constantly shifted on the lot - I know this because the house kept changing in relation to the roof and front steps. It came unlinked over and over again. I was trying to make a cylindrical prim and, when I clicked on the cylinder icon, all the textures in the house turned 90 degrees. I put trees on the roof and nearly didn't get them put where they should go because they kept jumping someplace else. And last night, the Teleporter Blocks were lined up flush with their column and the pictures were flush with the wall. This morning they are at least a half meter moved on both X and Y. I am an extremely experienced builder and I know what I'm doing here and this is way crazy and out of line. This goes way beyond prim jumping. I have filed a bug report but this is so extreme that I think it needs to be looked into as some kind of major problem.
