Abandoned Plywood Litter in Durango

There is a 512 m First Land plot owned by a user by the name of Sol Stirling that has had three 10m x 10m sheets of plywood jutting out of the side of a hill ever since I bought my lot approx. 50m to the West of it (purchased over a month ago).

Nothing has been done with his lot at all since the time of my purchase, and given that he claimed this plot of land in October of 2004 and he still hasn't changed the name of his plot of land from "Durango - First Land - 006", I'm guessing he either isn't around any more or has moved on elsewhere and forgotten about this lot.

Could you see when the last time was that our friend Sol logged in and perhaps remove these three pieces of plywood in case he never comes back? It would take minimal effort for him to reproduce them, should he ever return and decide he just has to have three pieces of plywood jutting out of his land.
