Weed maintenance in Bhima

There are weeds all over Bhima that no one can delete. They are attached to the goverment land and can't be deleted or returned, but are actually on our property.

I'm too noob to know what the address of my parcel is exactly, but I'm Holiday McGettigan, and I own a plot near the water and near the edge of the sim. There's a tree that's just barely over the edge into government land, and is into the side of my house. Can it be moved or deleted. There are also lots of weeds that are sticking through my floor.

Also can anything be done to improve the look of the strip of protected land in front of our land? It has weeds all over it.

I would need to know the name of the sim. You can find your location represent by two numbers at the bottom left of your mini map - those would be very helpful for me as well. ^^
