For months now there has been a flying carpet from my neighbors land, extending over onto my land in Kane (114,41). I haven't seen him in months. I have left him messages asking him to remove it. He also has a bed floating in mid-air and several other things littering the land. It makes the neighborhood look trashy. Is there any way to clear this land? And if he is no longer playing...put the land up for sale?

This person is no longer a resident of SL, so I have removed the things and put the land up for auction.
