Tree removal.... In Spectacle.

My neighbor has a tree house that enters my building. How do I go about getting it "pruned"? I tried IM'ing him 3 days ago but recieved no reply. It is in Spectacle 182,101,88. It is a large tree house that over extends quite a bit.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
