first land

hi...i wanted to buy some first land near my friend's place. there's a piece of land that says its first land, and belongs to governor linden, but its not actually for sale and there's a building on it.

will this land be put up for sale?

(if not, my friends are wondering if the ugly house can be taken off it...)
