Reposition Tree

There is a Lindon tree on land owned by Buck Spinaker that pokes through my future home across the property line. It's located Nessus 126,78.

Also, there's a tuft of grass displayed on my land, owned by Linden, but my land displays nothing left from Linden. Could this thing's parent be relocated so it's not popping through my floor? It's at 131,66 in Nessus.
