I'm checking out the new first land parcels in Huchu and noticed that the "Create/Edit" objects checkbox is not checked for any of the remaining parcels. It this correct, or is someone spoofing. It says that the owner of the land is Governor Linden. I know there are a lot of "used car salesman" type real estate speculators that are working the newbies very hard on this parcel, so before I purchase a lot, what's up? [Note: two of the speculators are actually driving around in their cars trying to wheel and deal...too much!] I did purchase one lot earlier today and then someone approached me and offered me double. I knew what he was up to but I thought why not, there are plenty more parcels. I sold it to him and got twice what I paid. Of course, he has now raised it to L$3000 for the parcel--no surprise. Since I bought my first parcel but then sold it, do I still qualify for a first land parcel? If so, then what is going on with the no "Create/Edit" objects deal? When will more first land parcels be available in a different sim? Guy, thanks for your quick reply to my first post

Hello Bloop. The create and edit setting is an owner option. The Governor has the land set this way, but the new owner can set as desired. After the land is purchased, the owner can go to About Land > Options, and make setting changes.
Residents only have one opportunity to own First Land. Once they are a land owner, the next land they buy will not be their "first" so they are not eligible for another plot of First Land at the discounted pricing. However, they can buy any other land that is available for sale.
