First land bug, won't let me buy...

Hello I would like to purchace a 512 plot of first land next to my friend that says it's for sale but live help said it's a bug & that I should make a post here. It won't give me the option to buy it.

It's here: Governor Linden, Mi - First Land, Mi (184, 184)


Well now someone else bought it.... :( Is it possible to just cancel my account? I dont want to pay for it if I can't get the land by my friend...
