Regarding the following hotline post:

Hi. At Gemmed(167,254) there is a wooden walkway that if you walk over it you fell into the water. This only happens when you walk in one way.

Fixed that, thanks! ^_~

My question:

What's up with that? This has happened to me on occasion, where upon an avie falls through a walkway which I've made by modifying the LL "Atoll Continent Stuff" in the Library folder. It's hard to avoid when I don't understand why this occurs.

Along this line, can someone see that the textures for these structures get added to the Library texture folder? I know it's been asked before, and promised as well, but which each update it still fails to appear.

Thanks so much for your attention,
Margaret

When objects cross sim borders, they basically act like they have gone phantom - if the land is high enough to support the crossover, then you don't have any problems. In the case of lowered land or here, water, you are going to fall straight through. This is fixed by putting up a couple of overlapping invisible prims that each have a root in one of the sims, acting as a bit of a buffer.

As for the texture files, I cannot personally see to it, but I will put in another request. ^^

Just an update, these textures should now be available in the library folder of your inventory:

Library > Textures > Atoll Textures
