Dear Alberto,
Once you buy land from Governor Linden, you may find there are trees on the parcel still owned by her. You can send them back to us for recycling by going to About Land, the Objects tab, and returning them so you can plant your own trees in your name. *smile* Sims have different limits for lowering/raising land - terraforming.
