Prim overhanging my land from Governor Linden land (abandoned land previously)

There is a prim overhanging my land at 152. 154, 29 in Meyers. It is mostly situated above (hovering) Governor Linden land which previously was owned by a resident...can only assume it's abandoned land.

Could I please have this overhanging prim removed, please? I'd like to build and can't since it's in my way.
