Preserve the new continent !!!

I am very, very very upset. yup !

I live in Malra, i love this region. I love this 35 sims island.
When i saw it for the 1st time the whole region was just released as 1st land, with an huge 16000sqm protected land that cut it in half. And there was an airport (player made and "illegal" in this protected land.

1mn later i bought 50000L$, upgraded to 16k land fee and bought every 512sqm land i could buy, from newbie and reseller. between 4k and 10k per 512sqm. I now own 6000sqm.

All the other sim around appeared as "purple" on the map, that mean "auctioned". So, well, that mean the land won't be released before many week AND i'll know when they will be released, taking a look every day on auctioned land.

The airport has been destroyed. I bought "high price" 1500sqm in front of the protected land to build a plane hangar. ok... now it's the "Malra Space Center" a replica of ariane is in progress (currently hidden in my inventory).
On 1500sqm other land i started a little, neighbor friendly, mall. There is just a few shop in malra, and the traffic is just tourism because the whole 35 sims island is very beautifull.
My space center is also used to launch cubey's ballon, helicopter, plane, for the tourist. And i'm happy with that fact.

The mall is a little messy, the space center too, but... who care ? it's usefull and the other sims are closed and SHOULD BE stay closed for a moment because of the long time auction process.

BUT... yesterday, you released 1,2 ... 3 sim as first land around malra !
It wasn't intended to be first land, it wasn't intended to be released without knowing it and the land map is UGLY !

So... my lands are not ready for the sudden opening of 3 sims, the land price just fall and the released land are very ugly, no protected land and dumb land pattern. (see the attachement, pic taken while a linden was creating the land pattern. There was still some free space).

Now i'm afraid about the "protected land" in Malra... the history show us that protected leand mean "will sell later" ... What the hell happening ? Creating the best island ever and now destroying it (yes, i call that a destruction).

Will this protected land stay "really protected" ?
Why the other sims was marked in purple/auction and sold as 1st land ?
Are you aware that every little decision/mistake can ruin a player (2nd) life ?

Oh... and... well... why should i believe in Linden anymore ?

This is not protected land. When we put sims up for sale, providing they are not yet bid on, we may make use of them as we see fit - and newcomer residents were in need of First Land.

Also, we never intentionally sell protected land. As has been pointed out, time and time again by myself in this forum lately, it was likely a labeling mistake and one that won't be happening again in the future - I need protected land to create the roads and so forth, just why would I want to sell that off? Why would LL? I appreciate your frustration, but I do not appreciate the accusations - this was not protected land either, nor was it ever labeled as such. It was for sale with no bids, and we decided to make it First Land. That was all.

I respect your need to develop in a certain frame of mine, but the one reality in-world when it comes to resident content is simple - things change. We have to make choices to meet up with the demands of all residents, and not just favor one sect over another.
