The Gov. Linden Land in Jiminy has auto return off. the parcel supports 937 object and contains 1562. Or almost 1/2 of the objects the whole sim supports.
How is it possible to exceed the parcel supports amount?

Hi, thanks for the heads-up on this!
To answer your question: Anyone who holds multiple properties in the same region (including The Governor) can spend the combined prim allowance of those parcels on any of them.
So, in About Land/Objects, the "Simulator Object Usage" will show the number of prims rezzed on that property, out of the total number available to the property owner in that region.
The second line, "Objects parcel supports," shows the number of prims being contributed to the overall total by that particular property.
