We're sunk (again)

Graysen Graff and I have a piece of land in Bolinas (244, 179) - 4240m2 - MGD Properties - we bought it from a Linden Auction because it's a beautiful big flat beach right next to the property where our store is and overlooks a river and an ocean. I love it there! However, the land apparently was raised above whatever limit there is for regular folks to raise land and every time we try to terraform the land - leveling, raising, smoothing - the land sinks. We tried to smooth the land once before and the entire beach sank. Jeska Linden came out and tried things and eventually said she would need a bug hunter or something. 11 days later, we had our beautiful beach back.

I put in a new house and put my cows out in a little fenced area but the cows kept falling over (or being tipped - we're not sure), so I went to smooth the land - and now there is a sink hole inside the fenced area. We can't raise it, flatten it, or smooth it because the land sinks.

Can you please fix it?

Hello Musa. Did you file a bug report on this? Use Help menu and Report Bug, then detail the issue. I am hesitant to do any terraforming on the land without you or Graysen present. Please try to contact me in world via IM and we can see what we can do about this issue.
