1.) Is there a location on this site that explains all the options available if you own a region on the mainland? (can't seem to find it ) 2.) If protected land runs through a region, does that make the region unavailable as far as Estate tools? 3.) Can a region be moved if purchased to avoid protected land running through it, like Ulverston was? Thanks for any links, or directions to answers Have a good day.

Hello Clarrice. The mainland does not allow use of the estate tools. If you own a full mainland region, you have the same land use rights as any land owner on the mainland. You can not rename or move a mainland region. Any Protected Land in the region would remain intact and not sold. You would have all the same options as any land owner on the mainland, you just have more area than most. I guess there is nothing listed on this in the knowledge base because there are no special exceptions to note. Private Islands do have more more options for the owner. You can see some of these options in the Island FAQ
