Need some help with objects on a parcel that reverted to Gov Linden

A parcel near Lutestring 124, 55 has reverted to Gov. Linden. The house of the former occupant is overhanging my land (to the north) by a few meters. Was hoping to get some help cleaning that bit up. Access is also limited.

I'm also interested in bidding on this land if it goes up for auction.

Hello RT. I was able to revert and add this land to the auction queue. Watch the auction page for it to go active to place a bid.
