Property cleanup. Need grass mowed.

I have "undergrowth" from the roadway by my house overlapping onto my property.

In Telea from 110,250,30 to 105,225,30 (corner to corner of a "box" that covers all effected land).

There is also a Linden owned tree at Telea 113,254,33 which its branches hang over my property line. Could this me removed, or simply moved back away from my property line? Maybe a bit of pruning? ^.~

P.S The maintence crew also left a "tree planter" just beside my property by the above tree. Better get it before it rusts in the rain ^.^
