spike in land at jessie sim edge

I'm making one side of my land into a beach bordering a water sim, when I lowered the edge though I was left with part of the beach block just on the other side of the sim by a spike in the land left from the previously raised land.

Just wondering if someone could come out and get rid of it, wont take a minute just needs to be flattened out a tad.
