there are some parcels of abandon land in the sim I am buying up. Can we make some deals here to benefit us both?

Hello Aye. I can not make deals on land. Generally speaking, abandoned land will become First Land or made available as an auction. There are some cases where smaller plots (512m and smaller) can be sold to individuals, but I will need to know where to go look.
