how to rent a parcel?

I just bought some more land that i will subdivide in plots of 512 sq mts. Now i want to rent those plots. How do i manage to make the plots recognise the renters and allow them to build and rezz their own objects without allowing others (that do not rent)to do that? Is there an automatic way to receive the payment weekly as well and in case it fails take the person oiut of the land automatically?

Hello Golam. There are a number of ways you might go about this. Maybe do some research in world and see how others are doing it and adopt a plan that works for you.
