watercraft stuck on abandoned land

There is a boat stuck on a parcel next to mine that is abandoned and no auto return.

Boat does not belong to the owner of the parcel, nor is it set the parcel group.

Location:

Federal 220.854, 229.266, 22.610

I can plant trees around it, but would be happier if it went away entirely....
