Can someone please remove a spanking chair...

Hello,

I have a problem I'm having trouble getting resolved. At Lebeau 200,33,24 there is a bright red spanking chair about 20 feet in the air that overlooks my property and it's right on the property line.

The chair is owned by Zyrohex Sullivan, who I can't find in search. And the land is owned by Governor Linden. So I'm thinking it's just been abandoned.

Could someone please get rid of it?
