How long after I purchased a sim should I expect an invite from the concierge group?
Its been almost 2 months now, and I really could use some help soon.
Or am I mistaken? Do I need to own more than 1 sim?
If so, is there anywhere else I can direct my questions?

Hello Eva. This is an issue better addressed to support. But, any resident that is eligible for concierge can ask a member of the concierge team for an invite.
