Items on Gov Linden Land Removed

Hello.
There are two very very small parcels in Mooaleo 139,186,38 owned by Gov. Linden that have items on them that need removed. One object has been there for weeks and not a bother, however today someone made a rather large sphere prim creation that is just laying on our land. If someone could return these things to their rightful owner. Also, right beside this is an abandoned building, I know the bldg can't be removed, but there is a flying object that has been lodged on the top floor for months that is creating a slightly laggy script. If that could be removed also? The owner hasn't been around in about 8 months.
