I'm a little behind the times I guess. I see land rented/sold or whatever you want to call it under resident terms is now listed when viewing the land listings in search. But there doesn't seem to be any way to distinguish it from a mainland transfer in the listing. Is that right? That would make it a lot more difficult to actually buy any, for me anyway.
Also what is with the (many) yellow blocks on the map that don't have a $ sign to see the price?

Hello Essence. Yes, land on estates can now be sold by the estate owners. This land is controlled by the estate owner and arrangements for paying for the land is between the resident and estate owner. because of this, land does not count as Linden tier to own. Estate covenants should detail the terms of land owning in these areas. I agree that it should be plainly clear, beyond the covenant, that the land is not managed by Linden Lab.
The missing price tags on land for sale appears to be a bug. I have noticed this on the map myself. But I have also noted that they will often appear after a few minutes. I will report a bug on this and I urge you to do the same.
