Abandoned Land in Hawthorne

Concerning the parcel called "Jackson Strutt's Land" deeded to the group "Texture Fanatic", for several months I personally observed it has been untouched and the neighbor tells me she has not heard from the landowners in years. I IM'd all of the members of the group a week ago and have not had any response. I understand there is at least one member of the group who has a lifetime account which entitles them to 4000 square meters. But does it have to be *this* 4000 square meter parcel? If they want to come back, perhaps they can have 4000 sq.m. somewhere else. IMHO this parcel should be declared abandoned and put up for sale.
