Tree removal or modification

I need the trees on Linden land that is adjacent to my group's land removed or modified so they are not bleeding into our house. If the trees can be higher and the leaves dont grow until over the house, we would prefer that.
The land's location is Cartmel, 145, 179. I want to thank you for your efforts in the resolution of this problem. :)
