Linden tree sticking through wall

Hello, just wondering if a tree at approx. (86,87) in Black can be removed or moved a tad away from my build... currently extending into a wall of mine :) Thanks :D
Edit: Please add (126,55), (166,75) and (215,123) to the list also please :)
