Linden Land Question in Gallii

Hello Guy,

There is this land in Gallii, our other sim. We own all around there too. It is linden land. Not sure if it will be on sale someday, has been linden land well since we moved there back in December.

My question is, this linden land has a house built, kinda incomplete, trees and other things. Doesn't look that "attractive" but we can live with it. However this land is right in the middle of my two pieces. I dont mind the land being Linden land, just wanted to know why the build in the land. It just not that great.

Land is.. Gallii 137, 204, 42.... 576sq. m of land

it says.. Mature Waterfront Land - Gallii ,576m2,M,154,212
