could I get a little help on some roads

in Noyo the parking lot above the spooky house the return is set to 5 minutes I'm having a snail race to raise money for the american cancer society and thats where it ends up could I get you to raise the return on that piece of land to an hour so I can set down a thing that anounces the winners in the order they show up so I can give out prizes and be fair
also I asked a few times different people if I could get the music stream on the route to be changed in the streets of 45 sims so the spectators could hear the anouncer but all I heard back on that was try me later I'm busy right now. so figure i'll jut shout the url at the spectators see if they can tune it in outside sl fast enough.

Hello RacerX. I went ahead and set the Noyo parking lot to 60 minute auto-return. Concerning the url along the route, I am not going to be able to do this for you. You will need to provide the url to participants to use on an outside player.
