Lost Vehicles

There are two lost vehicles at Benham 255, 250, 121. One is in the air flooding the chat: "owner is not within range" and is quite anoying to say the least to be in the area. The other is on the ground. Please look into this. Thank you.

I also enabled autoreturn and push restrictions.
