Dead User Account Land

Howdy Guy! Thanks for the last clean, though of course its already full again. The other parcel I had mentioned in Jizo now appears to be tied to a dead account: Schwanson Schlegel. None of his associated groups still list him including ones he founded. The 16m plot is at Jizo:<46,134,29> and named "My spot of somewhere":

It has been fenced off an is surrounded by my property. Don't know if plots that small can be auctioned. I still try to contact the other absent landowners, but this one is an expired account as far as I can tell.

Hello Clubside. 16m is too small for auction. Plots this size are sold for L$1 per meter, when it is determined that they are indeed able to be resold. Since your group owns the land that completely surrounds it, I should be able to sell it to your group, when the time comes. I need to do some follow up here with this plot, it is not quite ready to be resold at this point.
