Trees Out of Ground and Bridge Rail Missing in Kuula

There are three palm trees in Kuula that are not stuck in the ground. The points just barely touch the top of the "soil." They are at:

Kuula (87, 170)
Kuula (89, 161)
Kuula (97, 135)

They are all along the roadside next to New Citizens Plaza.

There is also a missing metal rail from a bridge in Kuula at:

Kuula (110, 89)

If you could take a look at this, I would appreciate it.
