Aglia-Prims encroaching Linden railroad right of way

My absenteee neighbor has some prims that are encroaching onto Gov. Linden land for the Railroad at 207,68,71. One of these prims has an advertisiment for a Mature oriented business in a PG sim. But since that is on a prim that is encroaching the railway, well two strikes I supose.
