The land in Lutra 196, 116 appears to have been abandoned. There is only 1 person in the group that is the owners and I have contacted him about it. He didn't know his name was on the land. It has so much trash on it now that it is in great need to be cleaned. If this land is abandoned can it be put up for auction?
