The Linden road at Great Pubnico is missing. The parcel is still owned by the Governor and is set to no-build and no-script (why?) with no-autoreturn, but the road itself is gone.

Hello CrystalShard. There has never been a road at this location. There may be one at some point in the future, but there are no construction dates at this time. I have enabled scripts along this stretch of Protected Land.
