I'd like to buy 16 sqm owned by Governor in Telea

There is 16sqm at Telea (29, 157, 30) that has been owned by Governor Linden for months. My land borders it on 3 sides and it would actually make my land square again.

I'd really like to buy this land. Is there an ETA on when this parcel will be put for sale or on auction?
