Hello, my avatar's name is Wyldchard Vanguard. I have the corner of
the Walleye region which is about a little over 1/16 of a the region.
There's a 32 sq m plot of group owned land in the center of it that seems
to be abandoned or the group has been disbanded. The coordinates are
222, 36, 101. I was wondering if I would be able to buy this piece of
land before another else does so and charges me an outrageous amount to
