Annoying tree roadside

There's a tree, apparently built on Governor Linden's land, but which seems to exists mainly in mine. It is between my gallery, which is roadside, and the road, so is blocking part of the view of the gallery. Is there a chance it could be chopped down?

It's on Porcupine (84,52).
