That is a bit of a problem the higher up you go, I agree. The most I can do is ask if this can be done, and various people are out of the office -this- week, but I will still send a message and ask if it can be done.

Sorry Philo, official word is there's nothing that can be done - clouds are set at a specific height throughout the world.
