Intrusive tree hanging over from neighboring land

Where: Shamrock 113,60

What: Tree hanging over on to my land (and sticking through my wall) from my neighbor's land. Repeated IMs asking for it to be moved have gone unanswered.

Please: Move/remove this tree, or require the relevant land owner to do so.

Also, there's a couple of Linden-owned trees at the front of my land (circa Shamrock 110,127) which are phantom-overhanging the boundary - the "component parts" of the tree stick over my land and occasionally interfere with alt-zoom camera operations. (This is most visible when the tree textures are not loaded - parts of the basic "shape" of those trees are clearly sticking in to my land)
